On the 14th May 2016 Nicolle and Michael tied the knot in a beautiful ceremony at the Noosa Springs Resort & Spa. Noosa Springs known as one of the most beautiful wedding venues in SE Queensland offers romantic wedding ceremony locations abound in picturesque, manicured grounds encompassing the Lake Weyba foreshore with Noosa Hinterland as a backdrop – the perfect place for Nicolle and Michaels ‘Inside Garden’ themed wedding.

“On the day I was expecting to be very emotional and stressed, we were expecting Michael to be the calm one, said Nicolle. “It was completely the other way around. I had every detail so meticulously planned it really did mean I could relax on the day. My photographer told me Michael was ‘The most nervous groom she had ever seen’ – She thought it was adorable.. I was concerned he’d pass out or bail! thankfully he did neither (phew).

The stand out of the night for Nicolle was the father daughter dance. “I looked for 18 months for the perfect song and couldn’t find one. So – with the help of 2 amazing talented friends I wrote, sang and recorded a song for him as a surprise (no one knew, no one had ever even heard me sing!) so it was incredibly terrifying. It was basically a few little true stories about things I did as a kid and how my father put up with me. For example, one of the lines were ‘Mum left you in charge because she went away – A foot through a wall and flooded bathroom that day’. It was meant to be light hearted but still thoughtful. There wasn’t a dry eye in the room”.

“To be honest, the entire day was incredible. I wouldn’t change a thing”.

Nicolle’s stunning bridal gown, her beautiful bridesmaids dresses, Michael’s suit and the groomsmens were all dressed by Ferrari Formalwear & Bridal.

Nicolle wore the exquisite Allure Bridals 9051. The gorgeous fit and flare gown which she customised by adding shoe string straps has a fitted bodice with a sweetheart neckline that is embellished with Swarovski crystals. The entire design is adorned with delicate lace appliqué on English net. Absolutely stunning!

“The bridesmaids dresses were so beautiful and colourful we didn’t want to distract from them so we kept the colour theme to an ivory and green with a hint of silver and blush”. Style – Allure Bridesmaids – 1436.

Michael and his groomsmen were dressed to impress in the Zenetti ZJK029. The pure wool charcoal lounge suit matched perfectly with the bridesmaids dresses.
