Krysten & Joshua’s Water-Front Wedding

“Our wedding day was something we had looked forward too for a very long time but it was worth the wait. It was an absolute dream come true!”

On the 23^rd of June, 2017, Krysten and Joshua Mulholland tied the knot in a gorgeous water-front wedding after being together for four years. The weather did not disappoint, being beautifully sunny for the couple’s happy day right near the water.

The pair were married at the spectacular Cherbon Waters, Burbank, located a short distance from the Brisbane CBD. The location offers a stunning gazebo for the ceremony, overlooking the water. It gave the Mulholland’s wedding a breezy and relaxed atmosphere. The traditionally styled reception was then held at the Pacific Resort, Cleaveland. It featured a scrumptious looking cake by Maydennison Cakes and Crafts and a lolly buffet by The Party Cart, as well as a breathtaking white rose flower wall by LUXE Flower Wall Hire. “Our wedding day was something we had looked forward too for a very long time but it was worth it! Everything was perfect and it truly took my breath away. We loved the everything about it!”

Krysten wore the Allure Bridal 8917 gown, bought from the Ferrari Formalwear and Bridal store in Maroochydore, Queensland. Made from delicate lace appliqué, the gown radiates class. The slim-fitting A-line silhouette with sweep-length train creates a stunning image alongside the ruched waistband and Swarovski crystal details.

Accessorised with a long, flowing veil, and flawless hair and makeup by Shahzada Pearson and Jessamine Pittar, Krysten looked positively regal. Completing the look was a wonderful bouquet of white roses done by Elizabeth Rose Bridal.

Of course, Joshua looked just as much the part, incredibly dashing and ready to sweep Krysten off her feet.

To top it all off, the cars (hired from Golden Gate Limos and Luxury Rides, Gold Coast) and bridal party were fit for royalty. The bridesmaids looked particularly stunning in white fur shawls.

Krysten said “We were most excited to see all of our planning all come together on our special day, but most importantly, we were most excited about becoming husband and wife!”.
