Terms and Conditions of Entry
Number of winners: 1 Winner
Prize description: The winner will receive a $6,000 voucher that they must redeem at a store (not online) of their choice by 13/10/2024.
Bridal Gowns can only be selected from the Allure Bridal Collection.
Note: Prize can consist of Merchandise to the RRP of $6000 only, including Ladies bridal wear, menswear, and accessories.
1. ELIGIBILITY
a) Open to legal residents of NSW, VIC and QLD only.
b) Entries must be received for the competition by 11:59pm 30th September 2023.
c) Competition commences 1ST September 2023 and closes 11:59pm 30th September 2023.
d) Prize must be redeemed by 13th October 2024.
e) Employees, agents, immediate family, or any other affiliates of The Sponsor are not eligible to enter the Competition.
f) By entering this Competition, the participant agrees to be bound by these conditions and the decision of the judges, administration and sponsor shall be final in all respects.
g) Entries will only be accepted for the current draw.
h) Entrants must provide full details on the “request appointment” page to be eligible to win.
i) Appointments must be booked on-line and attended during the month of September 2023.
j) One entry per person.
2. DRAWING & NOTIFICATION
a) The Sponsor will conduct a random draw on Friday 13th October 2023 at 11.00am at Ferrari East Pty Ltd, 20 Longstaff Road, Bayswater VIC.
b) The winner’s details will be published on the Ferrari Formalwear website and all social platforms.
c) The winner’s first name and suburb will be published 72 hours from the date of draw. Please check the website for winners.
d) The winner will be contacted by phone and must respond within 72 hours, or a replacement winner will be drawn.
e) The prize is not transferable and cannot be claimed out the dates specified without written approval from The Sponsor.
3. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
a) If the package chosen is under the value of $6,000 RRP – price difference cannot be redeemed for cash.
b) If the package chosen is greater than the value of $6,000 RRP – price difference must be paid by the winner.
c) Bridal Gowns can only be selected from the Allure Bridal Collection.
d) Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and is not redeemable for cash.
e) Ordering times are subjective to our product availability.
f) The Sponsor’s standard terms and conditions still apply on all orders and purchases.
g) Prize is only redeemable at our Ferrari Formalwear & Ferrari Formalwear & Bridal stores in NSW, VIC and QLD.
h) Entry into this random draw constitutes The Sponsors permission to use the Winner’s name, photography, likeness or address for advertising, promotional and publicity purposes.
i) The Sponsor protects your privacy; we do not sell or rent your personal information to others.
j) The Sponsor reserves the right to terminate this Competition at any time without prior notice.
k) Your details will be added to our database so that you may be notified of the next competition draw and special offers throughout Ferrari East stores. You can opt out of receiving Emails from The Sponsor at any time.
l) Only redeemable on Full Recommended Retail Price (RRP) items and cannot be used on discounted or clearance items.
m) Prize cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged, or returned once redeemed and is not transferable.
n) The winner must make an appointment at a store listed on the Ferrari Formalwear & Bridal website:
by 30/9/2023.
o) Any entrant found to have used a third party (including online competition entry site) to enter on their behalf will have all entries invalidated and any claim they have to any prize will be invalidated. If such an entrant is awarded a prize and then found to have breached this clause, the entrant must immediately return any prize awarded. The Sponsor has sole discretion to determine if this clause has been breached by any entrant. The Sponsor reserves the right to request whatever documentation it deems necessary to confirm if the entrant has breached this clause. An entrant must provide any requested documentation to the Sponsor upon request. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who provides false information or who seeks to gain an unfair advantage or to manipulate this competition.
p) Any entrant found to be entering incorrect contact details, including incorrect email contact details, will have all entries invalidated and any claim to any prize will be invalidated. If such an entrant is awarded a prize and then found to have breached this clause, the entrant must immediately return any prize awarded. The Sponsor has sole discretion to determine if this clause has been breached by any entrant. The Sponsor reserves the right to request whatever documentation it deems necessary to confirm if the entrant has breached this clause. An entrant must provide any requested documentation to the Sponsor upon request.
q) The Sponsor reserves the right to request winners to sign a winner’s deed of release (and indemnification) or any other relevant forms or agreements that the Sponsor deems necessary, to provide proof of identity, proof of age, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity (including phone bill) to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency, age and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Sponsor. If a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
r) The Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a redraw if an entrant, claiming to be a winner, is unable to satisfy these Terms and Conditions or has breached these Terms and Conditions.
s) The Sponsor’s decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is subject to State and Territory legislation but also final and binding on each person who enters. 5. COPYRIGHT, STATUTORY GUARANTEES, WAIVER AND LIABILITY
a) All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of the Sponsor who may publish or cause to be published any of the entries received.
b) In participating in the prizes, the winners agree to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Competition, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. The winners (and their companions) agree to granting the Sponsor a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide, including online social networking sites, and the winners (and their companions) will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
c) Prize-winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings, and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of that prize.
d) The Sponsor (subject to State and Territory legislation) reserves the right to amend, cancel or suspend this competition if an event beyond the control of the Sponsor corrupts or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this competition.
