I cannot thank Katie at the Miranda Store enough!! After being told 3 weeks out from our wedding that the store we were getting our suits from could no longer do them we got told to go to Ferrari Formalwear at Miranda… WELL everything happens for a reason.
Katie could tell I was stressed out (just a little bit) and did everything she could to help us out… Made everything happen!!  She has the best personality and customer service skills I have ever come across!! Hope she gets recognition for how well she does in her job!

I just want to say, yesterday I went to Ferrari Dandenong, and was amazed at the service!
I was so happy!

I have been to many bridal stores and no others have provided the level of service close to what I experienced yesterday.
The ladies went above and beyond to find the gowns that I wanted to try, and even ordered one in for me to try on!
I loved every gown i tried on and the girls there all worked in ensuring each gown was what I was wanting

So happy and would recommend to anyone!

The first time I came in was a couple of weeks ago and my friend and I tried on wedding dresses. Bianca was so lovely and helpful and she really made the experience fun and stress free.

I returned today with my mum. Biance remembered me and the type of dresses I liked and was again super helpful in assisiting me trying on different dresses. We were still going when the store was shutting but she happily stayed back to assist us and let us make the purchase.

I will recommend to any of my friends getting married to come here because of the excellent experience I had both times with Bianca. She is great at what she does and you can tell that she really loves it 🙂

The clearance store has so many excellent dresses at great prices, it was very easy to find what I was looking for 🙂

She was calm and confident at all times and even with a small bump along the way (small tear in my partners shirt) she made hiring all the suits for our wedding a breeze. I found an amazing gown and my husband his wedding suit at Ferrari Formalwear & Bridal in Richmond thanks to the help of the staff! We went in not knowing what we wanted but the staff knew what would suit us. We only went to Ferrari and found everything we needed for our special day.

Our bridesmaid dresses were gorgeous and the team at Ferrari Cheltenham were fantastic. Our dresses arrived in plenty of time and we were given the names of several dress makers for alterations.
